How to use: Simply drop the charcoal into your water, we recommend one stick per litre, then leave for 1 hour (8 is best) and enjoy your filtered water.
How to recharge: Each charcoal will last for 6 months as a water filter, simply recharge after the first 3 months use, as its effectiveness decreases. All you must do is boil it for 10 minutes to rejuvenate.

This could be the result of a browser cache issue or we really don't deliver to the country you selected. In rare occasions you might need to go back to the home page, log out and then log back in. If this still doesn't work, please clear your browser's cache (press ctrl & shift & delete) and then delete all cookies and cached files. You will then have to log in once again.
You want to use PayPal but are unsure why there is 2 options?
If you choose the "Pay with PayPal" option, you will need an active paypal account If you choose the "Pay with debit or credit card" option, you are not required to have a paypal account and can just use your normal credit card. It will then be processed through PayPal.
