How and where can I buy Gift Vouchers?
Simply visit our Gift Voucher Category and choose a voucher or scroll to the bottom of this page to see available vouchers. Then fill in the mandatory fields in the "Product Customization" Tab and click "Add to cart".
What happens next?
After successful payment of your order, the voucher will be automatically emailed to the address you entered in the customization tab. At the same time you will able to find voucher(s) that you purchased for yourself or for someone else in your account, under "My Vouchers". This is also where you can see the current balance of a voucher.
How do I redeem the voucher?
To redeem a voucher, enter the code you, or the person you gifted the voucher to, into the Promo/Voucher Code field within the checkout process.
Can I give my Voucher to someone else?
You can choose to have the gift card delivered to someone else simply by entering their name and email address in the customization tab of the voucher. Or you may pass on your Voucher Code to someone else. Bare in mind that whoever knows your unique Voucher Code will be able to use it.
Do I have to spend the exact amount on my voucher?
No, any remaining amount will stay "live" on your card for the duration of its life, which is 1 Year from the date of purchase.
Can I check the balance of my Voucher or top it up?
You can check the balance of your Vouchers from within your account. Currently topping up your Vouchers is not possible.
