Earn Loyalty Points with every order

To show our appreciation for returning customers with an account, we offer a reward points program.

For every dollar you spend (including GST, excluding Gift Vouchers), you'll earn 1 loyalty point.

You can convert these points into discount codes at a rate of 1:100—meaning every 100 points gives you $1 off your next order.

To redeem your points, simply log into your account and go to "My Account," then select "My Loyalty Points" to view and convert your points into discounts. Alternatively, you can apply your points directly at checkout.

Points remain valid for 1 year from the order date.

Earn Rewards for Reviews

You can also earn rewards by reviewing products you've purchased. Once your review is approved, we’ll send you a NZ$1 voucher, which you can use on your next purchase. This voucher is valid for 90 days from the approval date.

Get a Bonus for Referrals

Invite your friends to shop with EcoWarehouse and enjoy a bonus when they make a purchase!

Here’s how it works: Each time you refer a friend who places an order of $50 or more, you’ll receive a $5 referral voucher, and your friend will get $5 off their first order.
