Returns & Refunds Policy
We believe our products are of an excellent quality and we want our customers to enjoy using our products and come back for more!
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or have any queries we want to hear from you so that we can make it right.
We will happily exchange or refund any product that was purchased through www.ecowarehouse.nz, if it is returned in its original packaging and condition, and accompanied by the invoice number, within 14 days of purchase. We will not be responsible for any shipping fees incurred for purposes of exchange unless the goods were faulty or we sent a the wrong item(s).
Refunds will be given at the discretion of EcoWarehouse Ltd and as legally required.
Refunds will not be provided for change of mind.
Some products are excluded from returns (unless faulty): Cosmetics, Hygienic Products, Electronics, Beauty products, Gift Cards and Vouchers and any personalized items.
If you are unsure of what product is best suited to meet your needs, or you have a curly question for us, please send us a quick email before you order and we will ensure you purchase the right product the first time.
To initiate a return, refund or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to Order history and details in your account
- Click on 'Details 'of the order from which you want to return an item
- Tick the product(s) you wish to return
- Fill in the reason for your return and click the 'Request a return' button.
- We will then confirm or decline your return and advise you of any shipping costs.
- Please do not send items back without our authorisation.
- You may only return items within 14 days after our couriers have picked up your order for delivery.
- Returns must be carefully packaged so that products don't get damaged during transport - please only use recyclable material for packing your returns.
