Returns & Refunds Policy

We believe our products are of an excellent quality and we want our customers to enjoy using our products and come back for more!
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or have any queries we want to hear from you so that we can make it right.

We will happily exchange or refund any product that was purchased through www.ecowarehouse.nz, if it is returned in its original packaging and condition, and accompanied by the invoice number, within 14 days of purchase. We will not be responsible for any shipping fees incurred for purposes of exchange unless the goods were faulty.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of EcoWarehouse Ltd and as legally required.

If you are unsure of what product is best suited to meet your needs, or you have a curly question for us, please send us a quick email before you order and we will ensure you purchase the right product the first time.

To initiate a return, refund or exchange, you must use our return manager.

  • Within the return manager, click on the order that contains the product(s) that you would like to return.
  • Choose your return type (Credit, Refund or Replacement)
  • Choose a reason for the return. In some cases you will have to pay for shipping (i.e. you ordered the wrong product or you ordered a product in the wrong size), in all other cases we will cover this.
  • If you want to exchange a product with another one, let us know which product you are after in the comments field.
  • We will then have to manually approve the return request and you will be notified of the outcome by email.
  • Please do not send items back without our authorisation.
  • You may only return items within 14 days after our couriers have picked up your order for delivery.
  • Returns must be carefully packed so products don't get damaged during transport - please only use recyclable material for packing your returns.
