The Plastic Packaging Zero Waste Box is used to recycle any flexible or rigid plastic packaging.
The Zero Waste Box™ system is the all-in-one recycling solution from TerraCycle® that can be used by everyone to recycle everything. A perfect option for any home, school, or business looking to have a positive impact and reduce their waste being sent to landfill.
The use of the No Separation Zero Waste Boxes is the easiest way to recycle almost everything in your home or office. Simply put all your non-hazardous, non-recyclable and non-organic household waste into this box, then send it back to TerraCycle. Once TerraCycle receives your box everything inside will be recycled.

How does it work?
Please choose the size box you would like to purchase. When you receive your box, fill it with the appropriate waste streams. Once full then ship your box back to TerraCycle using the pre-paid shipping label which is already affixed to your box. When we receive your box, we'll safely recycle all of the collected materials.

How it is recycled?
Everything collected through the Zero Waste Box system is sorted and processed into raw materials. That can then be reused instead of being sent to landfill.
How are the different types of material recycled?
PLASTICS Plastics are separated by number, melted down, and turned into pellets that can be moulded and extruded to produce new products.
METALS Metals are separated by type and smelted into ingots for reuse.
GLASS Glass is cleaned and sorted by colour for processing. It is then crushed and melted to be used in new glass products.
ORGANICS Organics are composted or used in industrial and commercial fertilisers.
FIBERS Fibers will be hydropulped to separate out wax or plastic coatings. The separated fiber will be recycled into new paper products, or composted if recycling is not possible. Any resulting plastics will be recycled into plastic polymers.
FABRICS Textiles are sorted by type and are recycled, upcycled, or reused as appropriate. Textiles of mixed fibers are converted to energy. Natural fiber textiles (cotton) are turned into a "shoddy" or insulation. Synthetic fiber textiles (polyester) are pelletized and made into new plastic products.
ELECTRONICS Electronics collected for recycling, also known as e-waste, are mechanically and manually separated into metals and plastics. Salvageable materials are refurbished and reused. All data is wiped, but we advise restoring your device to factory settings before sending it in.
CIGARETTES Cigarettes are shredded and separated into plastics, papers, and organics.
For every dollar you spend you will get 1 loyalty point.
Loyalty points can then be converted into discount codes at a rate of 1:100. Which means for every 100 points you collect, you will get an extra dollar off your next order.

Make sure you double check your card details and expiry date. If this seems correct, you may have reached your card limit. The only way to check would be to give your bank/card issuer a call.
You expected FREE shipping but now you get charged anyway?
Some bulky items are excluded from our free shipping offer. We also have to charge for rural deliveries. Please refer to our Delivery / Shipping Information.

You get an error that no carriers are available?
This could be the result of a browser cache issue or we really don't deliver to the country you selected. In rare occasions you might need to go back to the home page, log out and then log back in. If this still doesn't work, please clear your browser's cache (press ctrl & shift & delete) and then delete all cookies and cached files. You will then have to log in once again.
You want to use PayPal but are unsure why there is 2 options?
If you choose the "Pay with PayPal" option, you will need an active paypal account If you choose the "Pay with debit or credit card" option, you are not required to have a paypal account and can just use your normal credit card. It will then be processed through PayPal.
