Care & How to use: Peel off the strip, stick the liner to your underwear, bin the wrapper, and change every 3–5 hours or when wet.

Features: Made with a cotton top layer with wood pulp beneath, offering around 5g absorbency. They are absorbent, comfortable, and completely free from toxic chemicals, dyes, fragrances, or synthetic materials.

Origin: Responsibly made in China

Lifecycle: After use, wrap in toilet paper or the original wrapper and bin. Biodegradable, but do not flush. They naturally break down in landfill; home composting is not recommended for hygiene reasons
