How to use
Wash hands thoroughly and find a comfortable position. Gently insert the tampon using your finger. Dispose of the wrapper in the bin — do not flush. Change every 4 to 8 hours depending on flow.
Safety
Tampons are associated with a rare but serious condition called Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS). Use the lowest absorbency needed, change regularly, and never leave in for more than 8 hours. If you experience sudden high fever, rash, or vomiting while using a tampon, remove it immediately and seek medical advice. Keep out of reach of children.
