For every dollar you spend you will get 1 loyalty point.
Loyalty points can then be converted into discount codes at a rate of 1:100. Which means for every 100 points you collect, you will get an extra dollar off your next order.

Make sure you double check your card details and expiry date. If this seems correct, you may have reached your card limit. The only way to check would be to give your bank/card issuer a call.
You expected FREE shipping but now you get charged anyway?
Some bulky items are excluded from our free shipping offer. We also have to charge for rural deliveries. Please refer to our Delivery / Shipping Information.
You are pretty sure you've done everything correctly and still can't check out?

You filled in all fields but still get an error when trying to place the order?
Please re-check that really all required fields are filled in and the "Terms and Conditions" checkbox is ticked.
You get an error that no carriers are available?
This could be the result of a browser cache issue or we really don't deliver to the country you selected. In rare occasions you might need to go back to the home page, log out and then log back in. If this still doesn't work, please clear your browser's cache (press ctrl & shift & delete) and then delete all cookies and cached files. You will then have to log in once again.
You want to use PayPal but are unsure why there is 2 options?
If you choose the "Pay with PayPal" option, you will need an active paypal account If you choose the "Pay with debit or credit card" option, you are not required to have a paypal account and can just use your normal credit card. It will then be processed through PayPal.
