Fill moulds with your chosen mixture, leaving a little space at the top. Insert a popsicle stick or handle, then freeze. To release, run warm water over the outside of the mould briefly.
Stainless steel becomes very cold — use care when handling frozen moulds, especially with children. Not suitable for hot liquids.

Run warm water briefly over the outside of the mould, which releases the ice block thanks to the round tip design. Avoid using hot liquids directly in the mould.

You can use juices, pulps, yoghurt, fruit purées or cordials to make your own popsicles and ice cream treats at home, avoiding the plastic packaging that comes with shop-bought ice blocks.
