Place used pads in a small mesh laundry bag and wash with your regular laundry on a warm cycle. They dry quickly and can be tumble dried or air dried. Most sets last for two to four years of regular washing before the cotton fibres degrade.

Reusable cotton rounds used with a natural cleansing oil or micellar water remove all eye makeup including waterproof mascara effectively. Apply a small amount of cleansing oil to a reusable pad, hold gently against the eye for 5 to 10 seconds to dissolve the makeup, then wipe away. Follow with a second pass with micellar water if needed.

Plant-based eye oils and serums containing vitamin C, rosehip oil, and caffeine can improve the appearance of dark circles and puffiness with consistent use. Dark circles have multiple causes — genetics, thin skin, pigmentation, poor sleep — and topical treatments address only some of these. Adequate sleep and hydration are equally important.

A set of 10 to 16 rounds is sufficient for most routines using two rounds per day (morning and evening). With 14 rounds you have a full week's supply before washing. Most people wash their rounds once a week with regular laundry.

The skin around the eyes is thinner and more sensitive than anywhere else on the face. Avoid synthetic fragrance (top cause of eye area reactions), alcohol denat (drying), and strong AHAs at high concentrations in eye products. Look for gentle, fragrance-free formulations with soothing ingredients.
