Our Rose Geranium essential oil is 100% natural and pure. Grown without the use of synthetic pesticides, the oil is certified organic by the Soil Association. We undergo annual inspections to ensure compliance with their stringent quality standards.

Our organic rose geranium essential oil originates from Morocco. Rose geranium, native to South Africa, was introduced to England in the 1600s. It quickly gained popularity for its use in perfumes and eventually spread to the warm coastal regions of France and Spain. Today, rose geranium is widely used in cosmetics and aromatherapy due to its sweet floral aroma.

Organic rose geranium is a common ingredient in cosmetic products, including soaps, fragrances, lotions, and anti-aging cosmetics. Its sweet rose scent makes it a popular choice in perfumes. A 2013 study demonstrated that rose geranium has effective anti-inflammatory properties.

Is rose geranium oil the same as rose oil? No, organic rose geranium oil is different from rose oil, as they are derived from different flowers. The most common roses for rose oil are Rosa damascena and Rosa centifolia, whereas rose geranium oil is from Pelargonium graveolens var Roseum.
