The kitchen scrubber is handmade from unbleached coconut fibre and galvanised wire. Coconut fibre is a sustainable vegetable fibre from the husk of the mature coconut. It is naturally antibacterial so won’t become smelly or mouldy, it is free of chemicals and long lasting. Fat does not congeal to the fibre and the bristles allow it to easily clean difficult to get into kitchen utensils and appliances.

Make sure you double check your card details and expiry date. If this seems correct, you may have reached your card limit. The only way to check would be to give your bank/card issuer a call.
You expected FREE shipping but now you get charged anyway?
Some bulky items are excluded from our free shipping offer. We also have to charge for rural deliveries. Please refer to our Delivery / Shipping Information.

You get an error that no carriers are available?
This could be the result of a browser cache issue or we really don't deliver to the country you selected. In rare occasions you might need to go back to the home page, log out and then log back in. If this still doesn't work, please clear your browser's cache (press ctrl & shift & delete) and then delete all cookies and cached files. You will then have to log in once again.
You want to use PayPal but are unsure why there is 2 options?
If you choose the "Pay with PayPal" option, you will need an active paypal account If you choose the "Pay with debit or credit card" option, you are not required to have a paypal account and can just use your normal credit card. It will then be processed through PayPal.
