Fermentation Weight, Glass

This is brilliant! I have been making sauerkraut and fermenting veg in 1 litre agee/mason jars for a couple of years and have struggled with a easy method to keep the veg below the brine. I bought just the one weight initially to trial and I am coming back for several more; what a simple solution. Thank you so much - I'll be telling anyone I meet who ferments at home what a practical, inexpensive and I think possibly indispensable bit of kit this is.
