A few drops in the bath is great to relieve sinus congestion. This bottle seals well, unlike some brands, which stops the oil from oxidising into an irritant

The picture of a seahorse coiling its tail around a plastic cotton bud inspired my purchase. Trying to make changes for a better cleaner ocean. Helps that this is a great product. I will never go back to plastic buds again
