No. Although it's plant-based and non-toxic, it creates a durable, water-resistant, permanent finish like conventional acrylic and will not biodegrade. This is intentional for archival artworks.
Yes. These paints must not freeze during shipping — freezing makes them unusable. If you live in a cold climate, add a note at checkout requesting insulation and bring the package inside promptly after delivery.
Yes, it's compatible with conventional acrylics and can be mixed freely.
