running
A product by That's It NZ using NZ merino wool to prevent blisters. Small amounts of wool fibre are placed in the shoe at friction points to cushion and reduce shear forces that cause blisters.
Tease out a small pinch of wool, place it over the blister-prone area in the shoe (typically the heel, ball of foot, or toe box), and put on your sock as normal.
Merino wool manages moisture, reduces friction through its crimped fibre structure, and provides a gentle cushioning layer between skin and shoe. It's a traditional tramping and running blister prevention method.
