Yes, coconut fibre is naturally antibacterial and won't become smelly or mouldy the way synthetic sponges can. It's also chemical-free and long-lasting.
Coconut coir is harder and more abrasive than Tampico. It's excellent for heavy-duty scrubbing, cast iron, and ceramic, but not recommended for delicate non-stick surfaces.
