The premium quality FSC certified unbleached, greaseproof baking paper is perfect for a wide variety of baking and cooking needs. While some baking papers are coated with Quilon, which contains heavy metals like chromium that can be toxic when incinerated, the If You Care Parchment Paper uses Silicone, derived from a natural element. No chlorine has been used in the production of the baking paper, which means no chlorine is dumped into our lakes and streams.
The box includes 24 pre-cut sheets and each sheet is 32cmx 40cm.

If you care
The If You Care products are produced with a view to reducing the amount of waste in our waste streams. If possible, nothing should remain after the product has been used and properly disposed of. The packaging is made from unbleached recycled cardboard or paper which should be recycled again.
An excellent product
Not only a healthy alternative to other baking paper but this product makes my food taste better by keeping it moist. The paper does not discolour while cooking.
Won't Go Back
Pre-cut and ready to use, these sheets do a great job, even in quite a hot oven. Won't go back to silicone!
So easy to use and so good for the environment
I love that these are pre-cut (sometimes I might cut again in half if needed), last well (I wipe down, dry and use over and over again) and I can throw them in the compost once done. Awesome!
Very handy, wormfarm friendly
Doesn't stick, perfect size, my worms love the additional browns in their farm. Will purchase again.

I love these sheets. They make baking so easy. So easy to clean dishes after use and if I use my smaller dish I just fold on sheet in half and slice in half with a sharp knife. Perfect. I always have a spare roll in my cupboard so I never run out.
