A perfect shampoo bar for oily hair.

If you struggle with oily hair - then Saint Clements is just for you.

There are no harsh 'stripping' surfactants (foaming agents) which just create more oil, nor is there any silicone.

Ethique uses Lime and Orange oils to balance oil production, clean the scalp and freshen your hair up. Leaves your hair perfect without the need for a conditioner as there are humectants in there which draw moisture to your hair, without the oil. Perfect!

Ingredients: Sodium coco sulfate, Sodium cocoyl isethionate, Stearic Acid, Decyl glucoside, Aqua (water), Theobroma cacao (cocoa) seed butter, Glycerin, Ricinus communis (castor) seed oil, Brassica alcohol, Lactic acid, Caprylic/capric triglyceride, Citrus aurantifolia (lime) oil, Citrus aurantium (orange) peel oil, Sodium isethionate, Behentrimonium methosulfate, Limonene, Mica, CI 77891, CI 77492, CI 77861

Instructions: Wet your hair and the bar. Slide the bar from root to tip 3-4 times. Put the bar down and lather shampoo into hair. It will foam, rinse and follow with conditioner if you need to.

Made from recycled materials or is recyclable

Recycling has many benefits like saving energy, conserving raw materials, reducing the amount of stuff that goes to landfills and it's also saving you money. 2.5 Million Tons of waste go to landfills each year (8kg per person/week) 3/4 could be saved by re-using, recycling and composting. Fairly traded or Fairtrade certified

At the beginning of most production chains are the workers and farmers (producers). Sadly they do not always get a fair share of the benefits of the trade. You as a consumer can now make a conscious decision about buying fairtrade or fairly traded products and putting this right.

Contain no toxins or harmful ingredients

Many people suffer from allergies, asthma and other sensitivities because of products that contain toxins or otherwise harmful ingredients. Most of these products are used inside the house eg. for cleaning, as body care products, as a detergent and so on. We try to source products that are mostly natural and do not cause any harm to you or your environment.

What is the difference? Compostable materials provide the earth with nutrients once it has completely broken down. Biodegradable materials refer to the ability of breaking down and return to nature.
