Fits standard 86mm wide-mouth jars. Including GoodLife, BALL, AGEE Special, and Golden Harvest. Suitable for a wide range of sprout seeds, including fine seeds like alfalfa. The freestanding design lets you flip the jar upside down to drain. No need to hold it. Rinse twice a day, give the jar a shake to circulate air, and you are done. The only rule: don't overcrowd. Sprouts need room to grow.
