Both are Dr Hisham's / Slo by Aotearoad fluoride-free tooth tablets using the same nano-hydroxyapatite formula. The Fresh Mint variant has a stronger, more traditional mint flavour versus the gentler Soft Mint option.

Pop one tablet in your mouth, chew, then gently brush teeth and gums with a soft toothbrush. Spit if needed but don't rinse, to allow the minerals to continue working.
