EnsoPet Starter is sprinkled on top of your pet waste. The micro-organisms in the EnsoPet Starter Zing ensure a rapid breakdown of the waste. Due to this continuous cycle of composing the EnsoPet composter will take many months or may never completely fill, ensuring extended use.
EnsoPet Starter is made in New Zealand by ZingBokashi using a mixture of wheat, sawdust and minerals combined with a group of micro-organisms. These all-natural micro-organisms include lactic acid bacteria, yeasts, photosynthetic bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi. These micro-organisms accelerate the breakdown of the waste, eliminate smell and help remediate any pathogens in your pet waste, and ultimately contribute to a healthier soil and a more beautiful garden.

Make sure you double check your card details and expiry date. If this seems correct, you may have reached your card limit. The only way to check would be to give your bank/card issuer a call.
You expected FREE shipping but now you get charged anyway?
Some bulky items are excluded from our free shipping offer. We also have to charge for rural deliveries. Please refer to our Delivery / Shipping Information.

You get an error that no carriers are available?
This could be the result of a browser cache issue or we really don't deliver to the country you selected. In rare occasions you might need to go back to the home page, log out and then log back in. If this still doesn't work, please clear your browser's cache (press ctrl & shift & delete) and then delete all cookies and cached files. You will then have to log in once again.
You want to use PayPal but are unsure why there is 2 options?
If you choose the "Pay with PayPal" option, you will need an active paypal account If you choose the "Pay with debit or credit card" option, you are not required to have a paypal account and can just use your normal credit card. It will then be processed through PayPal.
